Hello fellow bloggers! I know it's been a loong time since I've posted anything. But I've honestly been quite busy with school, work and pretty much keeping up with my new achieved goal!
Yes, I am happy to announce that I finally started staying in shape. I started to go to the gym after class, especially on days when I don't work. I've gotten into the habbit of eating healthy and constantly exercising. Of course there are those days where I do crack and find myself eating a small bag of chips and sipping a cup of pop and having the occasional beer or two, but I do watch what I eat and I make sure how much of an intake I'm having on the drinks. With a month of doing this, I've noticed how much more energized I am and great I feel. I have, in my past tried to get back into shape ever since quitting dance and sports. However, I did do this in the worst way possible. Yes, miss Insperation had an eating disorder.
I am still asshamed of it now. It got to the point where I was hurting the people around me, especially myself. I felt tired and cranky ALL the time. I continued to hate myself and my body, even though I was infact dropping the weight. The disorder messed with my mind to the point where NOTHING made me happy but to binge and purge. It was a tough time in my life. But if it wasn't for my friends and loved ones, I don't know how much more my body could have taken. I remember during the period where I continued this disorder, I got terribly sick. I couldn't get out of bed, and my body was in so much pain, especially my stomache. It was then, I found out if I continued to walk this path that I may develope terrible stomache ulcers and possibly suffer from a heart attack or stroke.
But now, I'm in the best shape I have ever been. I lost almost 10 pounds and I'm not killing myself doing so.
